Dalal sworn in as Beopar Mandal President | KNO

Srinagar, Nov 25 (KNO) : The newly elected president of Kashmir’s one of the largest traders body Beopar Mandal Srinagar, Khurshid Ahmad Dalal today took oath in a simple but an impressive function attended by prominent members of traders’ fraternity from length and breadth of Valley. On the occasion, various traders addressing the gathering hoped that Mahraj Gunj-the business hub of Valley will retain its glory under presidency of Dalal. They said despite many challenges and difficulties, there were great opportunities to explore and bring rapid change in oldest market of Srinagar, adding, business community is facing lot of daily problems which needs to be addressed collectively. Expressing gratitude on the occasion, Khurshid Ahmad Dalal said that he will do his best in strengthening the trade in Old City under the banner of Beopar Mandal which has a long history of existence. Dalal assured to pursue the cases pending with Beopar Mandal. Pertinently, last week Khurshid Ahmad Dalal was unanimously elected as President Beopar Mandal following the demise of Haji Assadullah Mir (KNO)
